this is my configuration:motors: TR 28-30B 14A 1050Kv Brushless OutrunnerESC: HobbyKing 20A BlueSeries Brushless Speed ControllerArduPilot Mega: Arduino Compatible UAV Controller w/ ATMega1280ArduPilotMega: IMU Shield/OilPan Rev-H (With Pins)Magnetometer : HMC5843 - Triple Axis Magnetometer Rev 1.2GPS: GS407 U-Blox5 GPS 4Hz (New Antenna & Free uBlox Adapter Basic)Spektrum: dx7 receiverSpektrum: ar6210 transmitterESC's have been calibrated individually. bullet connectors checked for bad solders. motors checked for correct direction. The correct appear to be in all of the correct places.I believe I've followed the online setup like gospel and haven't found a solution in the forum.I've reset the EEPROM, disconnected the usb, reloaded the code, etc.Obviously I've missed something physical or in the configurator. Here are my issues:1) When I go through the calibration setup in transmitter adjustment, the roll axis does not respond to the receiver.2) On the initial screen the Accel Z axis is also at the very top. is that supposed to happen?3) When I power on the quad the motors immediately spin. When I arm them they do respond and spin up. When I disarm them, they continue to spin at the same RPM as when I turned it on.Is this all an ESC issue? Transmitter?Kinda confounded.Much thanks in advance!
i guess I dont understand the response, I turned the trim lever 'up' on my DX7. I tried entering numbers on that screen. i didnt get the motors to respond on the motor screen. I ordered a turnigy programmer last night after looking at some more posts here. I really appreciate your help thus far!

any other thoughts on the roll issue?
thanks!
1) everything is connected, I changed out the connector and still have the issue.
2) good to know. thanks
3) took your suggestion and still have the same issue.
1) check your reciever connections
2) yes that's the way it should be (see the wiki)
3) trim throttle channel of your tx up and recalibrate ESCs it should solve the problem
