I bought a APM 2560 DIYkit and finally getting to bench test it before i put in in my quad my IMU is going crazy.
Problems:
1. Sitting still after setting level my pitch does front flips.
2. Mag doesn't read correctly even after setting proper declination
Things I have tried
1. Reloaded the FW many times and different FW (48 and 49) via Mission Planner and Arduino.
2. Reset to default many times some times doing it 3 or 4 times before trying to config.
3. Checked my soldering.
4. Swapped IMU and APM with other unit I have. Bad IMU still didn't work
5. As for the Mag I put one in the second unit I have the same day. And that one works fine
I had bought a second unit off someone on rcgroups and swapped Imu's because I was going to put on in a plane I have. The actual problem is the pitch when sitting still and after default was reset (like 5x) it just does front flips when hooked up to my xbee and when using usb. I bought the original one from the diy store and just got around to testing them to use on a quad and fixed wing I have. Needless to say I am using the one bought from the other guy but has anyone had this happen?
Cheers,
Ryan

I bought it a while ago but just got about to messing with it. So I figured I would put a feeler out. Thanks @Chris and Sebastian. Will send an email.
