My name is Oleg Alexander. I'm a visual effects specialist working in the Graphics Lab of USC's Institute of Creative Technologies in Playa Vista. Lately I've been tasked with building a UAV for the Graphics Lab. It's weird that the project was assigned to me, considering I have no experience in hardware! However, so far I've made good progress with the UAV and I feel very close to success.
The good news is that I'm almost done. I've built an Easystar UAV and installed ArduPilot with an IMU, while carefully RTFM :) I'm at the point of testing the hardware with the provided test suite. The bad news is that my deadline to complete this project is getting closer and my progress is not quick enough.
I was wondering if anyone here would be interested in coming out to our Playa Vista office to help me finish setting up my UAV for a day or two. In exchange, we can offer you a tour/demo of the Graphics Lab, with highlights such as the 3D Display and the Lightstage scanner.

(I would offer you cash, but unfortunately USC makes it very difficult to pay an outside person.)
Please let me know if you are interested. Like I said, I've already done most of the work, I just need a little help to make everything operational in a timely fashion.
Thanks!
Oleg
