Invert servo direction

Hi,

Is there a way to invert the direction of the outputs for the aileron servos in arduplane?

I know it's possible to invert the incoming signal with the RC1_REV to RC18_REV parameters but that only affects the manual flight mode. I need to invert the behaviour for auto mode as well.

I'm using arduplane with the pixhawk controller.
