Hi,

I already have a pair of them.

First question is - are they paired to each other in the factory? or is it possible to pair them after they get out of the factory?

If it is possible, I dont see any reason why I should buy them In pairs, once I got the first pair I will pair the ground radio with any other radio I buy. So is it possible to purchase them as singles?
