Is this a good FPV set up?

This is what I'm thinking for my first FPV set up... anything that sticks out to you as good/bad?

Airplane Tx: Turnigy 9x

If you invest in a 900Mhz video set up you'll potentially run into problems if ever you decide to add telemetry. The xbees run at 900mhz.

Cmos can be prone to problems in high vibration situaions or when you have the prop in the picture: www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVwmtwZLG88
