I have countless hours of flying time on my Pixhawk setup never had an issue before but my luck ran out, recently while flying FPV my video cut out just after takeoff I quickly switched to line of sight but it was too late and I ended up with two broken frame arms, the electronics were not damaged as I have them under a dome and overall it was not a terrible crash.
I decided to move everything over to a new frame and that's where my issue starts, after hooking up my ESCs to Pixhawk pins 1 through 4; Only 3 of the 4 motors were working it seemed M4 was not getting a signal from the Pixhawk.
Debugging I swapped ESC signal from 3 into 4 and 4 into 3 test again and M3 stopped working.
With that info I knew there was an issue with the Pixhawk signal from pin 4, digging deeper I plugged M3 into pin 5 on the Pixhawk and all four motors spin up.
I'm throughly confused now, this is on a fresh firmware flash of QuadX yet Pin 4 is not working and I have no idea why Pin 5 would output a signal if it's set to QuadX? - I don't know if it would fly in *1*2*3*5 config (guess is no) and I have no clue what's up with Pin4?.
Any Ideas what might be causing this?

Fixed: Flashed to APM Plane -> Copter Beta -> APM Plane -> Copter 3.1.5 somewhere in that process it cleared whatever was causing the issue. Now outputs 1-4 work.
