Issues with live video out on Gopro hero 3+ Black?

I'm trying to set up a second video link from my gopro (3+ black edition) for a camera operator. I've got the video-out USB cable sold by tarot. I get video out for just a second, then a black screen. When I switch modes on the gopro (like video->pic or back) I see video again for a second then nothing.

Anyone else get this before or know of a solution?

    I have exactly the same problem, video link goes for 1 sec than blank screen.. Althought I'm using MinimOSD too, it's the same problem.. very strage.. maybe a gopro firmware bug..

      I solved the problem by replacing the GoPro USB-to-MinimOSD cable (chinese crap) with original sold by 3DR. There is a difference..
