Is there a way to adjust the "scale factor" of joysticks in MP? That is, if an input pulse width range is 1200 to 1800 uSec, can I change that so what actually gets sent out is 1000 - 2000 uSec?
I have been able to connect a "SM 600" simulator joystick to Mission Planner. This looks like a regular controller, and has 5 analog and 1 digital input channel. This is much nicer than the Logitech game controller. The problem is that it has such a narrow output range - the minimum isn't low enough, and the maximum isn't high enough. I looked through the joytick XML files and don't see any scale factor information - only direction and which channel is which. I did a "RADIO CALIBRATION" with the joystick enabled, and that didn't help much.
I would like to be able to use either my "ordinary" radio or the joysticks indiscriminately. And yes, I suppose I could narrow the range of the radio, but I have several reasons why I don't want to do that.
