Hi, folks.
I'm kind of new into GIS area and I'm trying to get a (maybe) simple solution.
I have an aircraft (UAV) that take geo-tagged pictures and what I need it just merge all the photos into a new one creating a unique big image with all geo-tagged images in it.
I've used PhotoMode, PhotoScan and EnsoSoft and others, but seems like all of them create 3d models and things like that(which I don't need).
Could anyone please give me some sugestion about which software to use?
thank you very much.

WELL, first of all, thank you for your answer...
I Have been searching for an app that create a 2d ortho mosaic, but I didn't find anyone that uses geo tag info to help to align photos. Could you please tell me some app that could help me in make2d ortho mosaic using GPS data?
Thank you very much..

PhotoScan will output flat photomosaics. If you align photos and then choose Export Orthophoto it will produce a single 2D image. You can probably find more affordable options though if you don't need any of the 3D capabilities.
