Landing speed minimum descent rate

Does anyone know why the RTL landing speed minimum descent rate has been changed to 30cms per second in this latest release 3.1?

I used to have it set at 10cms per second in the final stage and the multicopter would land really smoothly and slowly, now it lands quite hard and can bounce on touch down even with a sonar fitted.

So just curious as to why that has changed and can it be changed back?

      Thanks, although it shows the minimum as 30 it seems to accept 10. :)
