Growing tired of the various protocols and techniques to assure motors shutdown on landing without bouncing, tilting, falls and other damaging disturbances, I assumed that code already exists to permit the attachment of a landing sensor (e.g. microswitch) to physically detect landing and immediately kill the motors (obviously, this would only be armed after the unit was in flight). Searching around, I'm not finding much at all on this. I had hoped code already existed to simply wire a microswitch to a spare Pixhawk, etc. input for this purpose. Am I missing something? Thanks very much!
