Way too vague of a question. There is APM1 and APM 2, and LEDS all over both boards.
I don't think either APM has any LEDs specifc for channel inputs. The PPM encoder has a single status LED showing that it is getting at least one valid input signal but again, that's not channel 5 specific.
APM2 has an entirely different LED logic but still no channel specific input indicator.
You need to look at mission planner under setup to calibrate the radio inputs anyway.
