Li-Ion pack build from scratch

Hello,

as I plan to extend my flight time and distance range, I decided to proceed with the build of a Li-Ion battery pack. I know that generally the disadvantage of Li-Ion 18650 batteries is the low discharge rate that they offer, so I need to be careful with the selection of the appropriate cells to be used. However, after looking several information sources, I have found out that there are also available some high draing Li-Ion cells that offer a constant discharge rate of 10A (e.g the Samsung INR 18650-32E cell https://www.akkuteile.de/lithium-ionen-akkus/18650/samsung/samsung-inr-18650-32e-3-6v-3-7v-3200mah-10a-ungeschuetzt/a-100695/).

1) I would like to build a 4S7P pack from those Samsung cells. As my quadcopter can reach up to 50A of current consumption do you think that the Samsung INR 18650-32E would be an ideal solution for me ?? Would you recommend another 18650 cell ??

2) As I am going to build the pack by myself, I have found cell with already welded tabs of type U (https://www.akkuteile.de/lithium-ionen-akkus/18650/samsung/samsung-inr-18650-32e-3-6v-3-7v-3200mah-10a-loetfahne-u/a-1006951/) and type Z (https://www.akkuteile.de/lithium-ionen-akkus/18650/samsung/samsung-inr-18650-32e-3-6v-3-7v-3200mah-10a-loetfahne-z/a-1006952/). In order to build the 4S7P pack, how many U type and how many Z type cells would I need ??

Thank you
