Lithium Sulfur & Lithium Air Batteries

I know that this isn't about 'props' but it is closely related....

My buddy and I have a Innov8tions Designs 650 Nm quad with cobra motors and a Quadrino board.  It's a true beast of a machine... that frame is built (maybe too built, concerned it could be dangerous in a crash)... anyway it's POWER HUNGRY.... I'm not sure what a realistic flight time would be given my configuration, but I'm thinking 5min or so with a 2500 Mah battery...and a short battery life due to hammering it for power.

It seemed a lot happier with a 5000 Mah battery powerwise, but my buddy felt it was maxing the quad out regarding payload capacity.  He very well could be wrong (second opinions?)

He was more of the techie, and the quad made him nervous after a crash.  Frame held up nicely, but it scared the daylights out of him when he lost control and it whizzed in his direction at approx 45 mph, and hit the garage wall...

So now I need to take the reigns on the project.

See attached invoice sheets and web link for a rundown of what I have:

Anyway, battery suggestions, and/or info regarding these LI-S batteries.  ...Talk to me.
