I used to dump my logs after each day's flying, but since I have xbees, I record the t-log from the Mission planner screen.

After my last flight, I switched to CLI mode, connected the usb cable, and tried to download the apm log files.

To my surprise there were NONE.

Any Ideas why it is no longer storing logs? Or where to turn them back on?

You probably didn't clear your logs after the last firmware update. No matter: if you type "Dump 0" it should show you everything.
