Loiter from GCS is diferent from RC_TX?

Hi all.

Today I flew my plane twice.

At first, I used the flight mode Auto and end of the mission Loiter I left it in about twenty minutes. Suddenly he turned and left the circle, tangent, direct to crash with mountain. I could retrieve it and land it without accidents.
In the second flight, took off in Stabilize mode and from the GCS I gave the order to Loiter and immediately rolled at full speed and crashed violently against the concrete.

There may be differences between a given from the control radio and other given from the GCS Loiter?

Hoy volé mi avion dos veces. En la primera, usé el modo de vuelo Auto y al final de la misión lo dejé en Loiter unos veinte minutos. De repente cambió de dirección y salió tangente del circulo de Loiter directo a estrellarse con la montaña. Pude recuperarlo y aterrizarlo sin accidentes.
En el segundo vuelo, lo despegué en modo Stabilize y desde el GCS le dí la orden de Loiter e inmediatamente se enrolló a todo motor y estrelló violentamente contra el concreto.

Es posible que hayan diferencias entre un Loiter dado desde el radio control y otro dado desde el GCS?
