In other news...I need a new voltage alarm. Oh, and some new legs...and a new arm...and potentially new Lipos....
Bought a cheap and cheerful voltage alarm from Hobbyking. Plugged it in to flight Lipo, expecting a warning at 3.6m, and about 30 seconds to get on the ground. I heard it, flicked it onto RTL, and waited.
It came on at 3.4V, and RTL became "CTL" after about 4-5 seconds after the alarm came on. Broken arm, and legs now utterly destroyed.
Looking for a better voltage alarm for 6S. Something that has lights and alarm, and a configurable limit (or built in one around 3.6 or 3.7V PC).
In other news...experimented with Sonar today. It was a bit irratic, especially over grass. Tarmac was better. I'm got an insulate cable, but look like I should get the resistor kit too. Does anyone have a pic on how this should look?
