It's getting harder to find them!

I've decided to go glider for a UAV platform.  In order to do that I will need to either scratchbuild (which I don't want to do) or get a kit from which I can make moderate modifications.

Does anyone know if I can get these features in a kit still?

Flaps

Elevators

Rudder

Ailerons

Spoilers

Rear half of fuselage done as a carbon fiber tube (front half made of balsa)

Naturally configured for electric motors

I can use monokote or have it as a fiberglass covering

wing span of at least 2m preferred

dihedral not required but preferred

magic Leprecon for good luck

The goal of course, is endurance and stability with the ability to have the wings loaded more for the additional battery and electronics.

Any suggestions are very welcome!
