So far I have tried the following AP versions - 2.5.4 and 2.6
I sent my entire setup to Chris to check out and what he came up with was I had it set in the incorrect Radio Mode I had 0 but he found 1 worked with his radio and the rest of my setup. Once getting it home and setting things back up I kept the Radio Mode 1 setting and noticed worse results for me with my radio. Results of the difference for the modes is posted below. I think Mode 0 is correct according to the results. But then why did Chris get it to work with his radio but everything else on Mode 1? Though I get more consistent results using Mode 0 I seem to get failsafe errors happening.
For the rest of this post it will be with me using V2.6 since the issue exists on both versions for me.

The above is all in manual mode everything sitting level and moving nothing my sensors are showing that the roll and pitch is changing. When in other modes as you will see below it bounces around even more again with not moving anything and not passing anything by the sensors.

When I have V2.6 loaded what happens is everything on Manual mode appears to be ok switching to either stabilize or fly by wire a the servos begin madly twitching. Which to me seems to be following along with the pitch and roll not being able to hold a steady number. I have tried Radio Mode 0 and 1 for me 1 seems to give me worse results. More of the "twitching" though I never see any failsafe warnings. in Mode 0 I occasionally will see that failsafe has failed.
I have previously tried eliminating the ESC from the equation with same results. I have also gone through basically everything but using a new radio. Everything for me gives me the same results of the "twitching" I do not understand though why the sensors can not hold a steady reading when sitting still, level and having nothing moving around it.
What I did to test the board:
1. Turn on Radio
2. plug in FTDI
3. plug in battery through the ESC
4. Allow to get GPS
5. COM says its ready
6. results above start
My equipment:
Futaba 7c 2.4ghz
futaba RX r617fs
Exceed ESC
HS81 servos
EM406 GPS
Ardupilot board
Ardupilot shield V2
Ardupilot XYZ sensors
Initially when the stuff came back when it was booting I was trying to calibrate the servos though I did not have that set. Was told by Chris that it could be an issue so I stopped doing that as the board was booting and calibrating.
I have re verified that my settings for the 7c match what is listed in the manual on how to set it. And done exactly as the steps state.
To me and this is my VERY uneducated guess that the issue lies in the XYZ sensors, reason I think this is because they do not hold steady when the full ArduPilot V2.6 is uploaded the pitch and roll constantly bounce around and I started to watch the servos more closely and the "twitching" seems to be the servos quickly trying to react to the sensors bouncing around so much. I have tried both indoor and out which appear to give me the same results.
I have also tried uploading with nothing but a 4.8v battery hooked up while uploading the code as well as just the GPS disconnected, About every possible way I can figure out.
Results from outdoors is Mode 1 gives me the least "twitch" indoors Mode 0 gives me the least "twitch"
Also when i turn off my controller it does not seem to effect anything on Mode 0 but on Mode 1 it seems to act normally it seems to be trying to take the plane back.
I will post any other additional info needed or anything else for better helping out.

Since there was a difference in my chipset for the RX could the settings I am using from the manual possible not be correct for the 7c since the RX is different?
Should I just take the change to Mode 1 and take it up in the air and stop worrying about what its doing on the ground?
