Just curious if this is even possible. If I lose communication with my helicopter at any given point via computer and Futaba radio at the same time is there something to tell the helicopter to come home? If so is there way to have a flight path like a lost comm route?
How would I set this setting up in mission planner?

What you are looking for is Return To Launch or RTL functionality. It is working in Arducopter now. Unfortunately, it flies back along the most direct route. The only thing you can do is have it do so at a very high altitude to avoid obstacles. Read up on it in the Wiki.
