Hello everyone!!
I am new in the world of drones and I need some advices for a project in mind.
I would like to build an autonomous quadricopter to measure temperature an CO2 concentration within a mine. It is a horizontal tunnel with section 2x2 m. and 3000 m. length.
Project conditions:
1) The principal condition is low energy consumption because this cuadricopter must to cover about 6 km.
2) The estimated weight is about 1 - 1.5 kg., battery included.
3) Sedate flight.
To achieve these condition the motors play an important role. Large variety of motors can be found at Internet, but owing to the fact I have not experience I don´t know choose suitable motor. Which kind of motors do you recomend me? low rpm implies low energy consumption (I suppose)?
Another fact to take account is the propeller. Is there an efficient propeller?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards.
PD: Sorry for my horrible english.
