Can we build large drone of 20kg using small fpv flight controller? If anybody have any experience on these do share.

Yes, you can build a 20kg drone using an FPV flight controller, but it comes with limitations and challenges compared to using an industrial-grade FC like Pixhawk, CubePilot, or DJI A3. You can technically use an FPV FC, but for safety, stability, and redundancy, a flight controller built for heavy drones (Pixhawk, Cube, or DJI A3) is a far better choice. If you must use an FPV FC, go for iNav with a well-tuned, high-power setup.
