Mapping inputs to a Naze 32

I've upgraded my controller from the CC3D to a brand new Naze 32 full version controller and tonight I hooked up the wires. It's running on a DJI FlameWheel F550 Hex clone frame. I've confirmed all the motors work and spin in the right direction but am having trouble getting the radio receiver to work with the controller. I'm using an AFHDS Fly Sky FS-T6 with 6 channel receiver. I plugged in the receiver wires one at a time until I connected ALL the right inputs from the controller to all the right outputs from the receiver EXCEPT for one. For some reason the ROLL won't register in my controller. The stick is mapped to channel 1 of my transmitter/receiver, but when I move the stick, the Naze 32 does NOTHING. I've confirmed that the transmitter IS sending the signal and that channel 1 of the receiver matches the movement of the stick on my transmitter, but NOTHING moves on the screen. For that reason I hooked the "AUX4" input of the controller up to channel 1 of my receiver AND, as expected, when I move the stick on the transmitter, the input for AUX4 follows the input just fine.

Two questions: Is there anything that might be setup wrong that I can adjust to get ROLL to work properly in my controller? If not, can I remap the AUX4 input to BECOME the ROLL input through a command line or another setting in the CleanFlight software?

Thanks in advance,
