Mavlink error, Device not found

I'm very new to this hobby. I'm using Nexus 7 2013 to connect to telemetry radio for  mission planner and follow me fly. But I can't connect to it. It get the error massage of "Mavlink error. Device not found. When I switch to my SamSaung Note 3 phone is work fine. Is anything that I have to aware.

I get an experience of using SamSaung Pad 4 and it does not have the power to telemetry radio antenna. I ask help from forum but is sad that nobody answer my question. Finally found out at YouTube that SamSung Pad 4 have not power hub. So I return the Sam Pad and now get Nexus7 2013. Nexus7 2013 does power up the Telemetry Radio but cannot connect. Can any one please let me know is comparable to Iris+ or not. Or any advice that I need to do. So I can keep the Nexus7 and have fun.

    Thanks every body,

    I solve the problem by reading APM forum of Indepthim thread and I update the all the app of the tab and restart. Now is work.
