I am using my APM on my trusty Skywalker and decided to install a 900mhz FPV system on the plane this morning. When I flew it LOS for about 30 seconds with a buddy on on the goggles, the SW started acting weird until I lost control of it, nosing to the ground at full throttle. Everything was strewn on the ground, including the APM. I tested the APM with the RX, TX and ESC connected and it still works. But when I connect it to the APM Mission Planner (latest version with my CLI switch away from servo pins), APM pops up a prompt (Enter local port (ensure remote end is already sending) with the value of 14550. When I press ok, the mavlink takes a long time to connect then it does not respond anymore. Anything wrong with my APM? I cannot connect with the terminal menu either because it cannot find the port.
Another thing: did the 900mhz FPV system interfered with the operation of the APM which resulted to my loss of control of the plane from 200 feet away? I have the Mediatek GPS and I use 2.4 Spektrum RX.

Hi. My bad. I did not select the COM port that the APM was connected to so the APM is not recognized by the mission planner. All is well now, I'm connected after I corrected the issue. My question now is did the 900mhz FPV system caused the APM to fail and crashed my plane at full throttle? I'm not using the Xbee so there is no conflict.
