Most of my frames are large, with large props and low kv motors. Is there a way to calculate the Vne to determine when the lagging props with stall? Something where you would input prop diameter and rpm range I would think... Using GPS to determine speed combined with high winds could definitely cause problems in an auto mission.

We've mapped in winds around 8m/s, of course it's hard to tell what it really is a 100m up. But there was definitely something odd going on. A lot of bucking and the unit slowing down from 9m/s to 3 lol! Should probably be ok as I wouldn't want to fly with wind speeds any higher. Would be good to know for operational manuals to satisfy government regulations.
