I am working on some possible solutions for a swaying hook in a sling load operation of a full size helicopter. I was wondering if I could use one of DIY Drones's IMUs and then send that information wirelessly up to a computer on the helicopter (via xbee??). Either way we need IMU data from the hook (so we know how to stablize it), and we did not want to have to run a 15 meter cable up the line from the IMU board to the computer (which, yes, can read and understand DIY's IMU). Any way to do this wirelessly?

Any help would be appreciated.
