I am a journalist at Barcroft Media in New York. Through our offices in NYC, London and New Delhi we produce amazing visual features for national newspapers and magazines across 52 countries, and shoot them as TV segments for a variety of news and entertainment programs. I'm really interested in finding a backyard home engineer who has created an elaborate, working drone, for personal purposes- whether it be for professional, personal or entrepreneurial reasons. It could be simply for security purposes (i.e. patrolling the neighborhood for criminals), delivering things to friends, or performing some other such task. I'm also looking for someone who has made an inch-perfect replica of the well-known military drone used by the US forces in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Basically, I am very interested in producing a feature on someone who has an amazing DIY drone and an angle to their story. hi there, it's very interesting that you have a office even in new delhi. i am into home growmn drones. i have dozen of them. they are mostly for hobby purpose but i do fit a camera in them and would let them capture whatever they can what i feel interesting. but i am located in new delhi and all of my equipment is in new delhi. i am one of the earliest member of diydrones community.
