MediaTek MT3329 does not see the satellites

I have a GPS chip MT3329
Firmware: AXN1.30_2278_3329_384.1151100.1_binary.bin
Voltage on-chip 3.3 volts.
Under the open sky (mobile phone at the same location without problems determines the coordinates).
Basically, the chip captures one or two satellites and a maximum sets the date and time, but no more. And very seldom can work correctly (under any conditions to find out so far failed!).

Tell me what could be the problem, what to check?

    Martint, my Wondeproud M3126 PINOUT:

    Pin #   Description
    1            GND
    2            GND
    3            RTC VCC (VBAT; backup)
    4            NMEA TX
    5            NMEA RX
    6            VCC_IN

     

    Battery is connected to pin 3.

    My MT3329

     

    Initially, without a battery but now it's plugged in.

     

    Input voltage 3.3 volts (Pin6)

     

     CLI? Have not tried it, what is it?

    Hi Demon,

     

    What MT3329 do you have?

     

    The one with or without the battery on the back of the board?

     

    What is the Voltage on the Vcc line?

     

    What results are shown when running the test in CLI ?
