Mega Kit back order

Hi everyone.

This is my first post on this forum.

I am currently building a hexacopter for AP and I have pretty much decided on ArduCopter for the FC.

But, I am discouraged by the constant back order status of the Mega Kit. It seems that the "In Stock" quantity keeps changing but that the IMU is constantly on back order.

This is very confusing. Does anyone know what is driving this situation. Should I just order one and wait and see what happens?

I also don't know if I put this question in the right place.

    I know I have only 3 of them in stock in the Canadian store... they do go fast! 

    But I dont really want to start shipping/selling to US... maybe one day but the shipping cost are quite high and my main goal is to serve the Canadians!

    Hello Ron,

     

    The main issue is the parts are very much in demand, it's hard keeping them in stock! The DIYD team have been upgrading & expanding their "plant" over the past year to keep up with the level of demand! I also find it hard keeping on top of it and I also go out of stock from time to time :(

     

    I have them in stock right now, both the pre soldered APM and the APM kits for self build if that is any help to you.
