Mini HDMI to A/V converter...

Hi,

I am thinking of getting one of these Mini HDMI to A/V converters here, but I am not sure if it will work with my EOS5D Mark ii. I know the remote shutter will not work, but what about the HDMI side. There should be no problem, right? I mean, HDMI is HDMI.

    Here is what you looking for. http://littlesmartthings.com/service-accessories/accessories/ Dont use the HobbyKing one, thats for sony NEX cams. Stratosnapper 2 is your best option to be honest.

      I know that the hobby king one says that is for a Sony NEX, but I believe that is only I regards to the remote shutter. Think about it... Any piece of electronics I've ever had, that had a HDMI output, didn't need an extra encoder, or manufacturer specific HDMI cable, in order to hook it up to a tv or monitor. So the signal that comes out of the HDMI cable must be always the same. Obviously.

      Having said that, I am going to get the hobby king one since it ships from the U.S. and just try it...
