Mission Planner 1.2.25 failure?

Hi all,

This morning I updated to 1.2.25 [from 1.2.20].  Since the update my APM board won't arm.  When connecting to MP [via USB] the GPS and APM arming light illuminate but as soon as I try any config they turn off.  I'm unable to perform the simplest of motors task from setup.

I can confirm that everything was working perfectly before the update.  Reverting back to 1.2.20 doesn't appear to fix this so i'm about to delve into a trouble shooting exercise but I thought I would throw this on the forums to see if anyone has experienced this too.

Also - perhaps it's worth adding a release notes box [in mission planner] when there's an update available so we know what the changes are easily?

    Ok...  I know I have a habbit of answering my own questions - but normally it's with solutions.  (;

    Problem fixed, but it involved reverting back to 1.2.20, reapplying the quad firmware and reselecting X formation.  I honestly have no idea what happened during the update or why it lost its' settings. 

    I'm going to reapply the update later tonight and see if I can replicate the problem.  Maybe it was just 'last day of November-itis'.
