Mission Planner cannot connect

It's a brand new Pixhawk. (My fourth)
- The very latest Mission Planner build 1.3.31.1
- The latest Plane software 2015-08-11

After successful firmware update Mission Planner cannot connect at any speed.

I have tried with another computer, another version of Mission Planner, different USB cable.
All trials gave the same result! No heartbeat!

Flashing APM Rover firmware.
Mission planner can connect at 115k as before. No problem at all.

Reflashing plane firmware. Everything looks fine but cannot connect to Mission Planner.

It seems obvious that the Pixhawk is working as the USB is working with Rover firmware

Someone any idea?

    Update:

    Nothing except buzzer and USB cable is connected!
    It seems to be a strange bug.

      More testing.
      The Blue and Amber LEDs are flashing with almost the same frequency. They do not exactly alternate.
      Does this mean that the Pixhawk is non-functional?

        When replacing the SD card with the Pixhawk in my plane communication is working!!!

        SOLVED!!!
        I cloned the SD Card with the card from my plane!
        Now everything works fine :-)
