What I've Done:

I've put together a Quad with APM-2.5 and 3DR Radios. Unfortunately I don't have a R/C remote so I'm trying to set up my Quad to fly through the Mission Planner software with a joystick.

Before connecting the radios I can setup the joystick controls in the "Flight Data > Actions > Joystick" window and when I move the controls, the respective bars move.

I've uploaded the firmware to the APM and the radios can connect.

My Problem:

If I connect the radios, and all the new "Configuration" settings tabs load - the "Radio Calibration" window comes up and all bars, but the "Throttle" bar, are blue.

Nothing happens if I move the Joystick.

Could someone please help me with this.
