Mission Planner script to PixHawk

Hi everyone!

I'm working on a MP script for a few drones. I have takeoff, landing, and safety pilot stuff checked out, but I want to control a servo (or basically anything that runs on the AUX lines from the pixhawk) through the script. I'm having issues with not being able to control the servo through the script but I can still manipulate it through the controller. Currently the RC9 = 1. I'd really like to keep this as a backup if my servo gets stuck in testing and I need to manually move them.

Does anyone have any suggestions/know how to get control of the servo through the MP script?

(Sorry I wasn't really sure where to post this so sorry in advance)

Thanks!
