I wrote down a summary of what apparently happened with the android app that was deliberately sabotaged and then removed by its author after he apparently failed to get Mobius to pay him money for it and never asked his users if they wanted to contribute money to his efforts.
Needless to say I'm very not impressed with what he did, but here are the details and alternatives:

Thanks to him, and for a very reasonable price, one can update/reconfigure mobius cameras in the field without a computer.
Thank's Marc for report, that's program never works from me before the two apk becomes only one, I was trying to buy the original wire.
