So after months of tirelessly trying to communicate with their "support team" I managed to get them to correct their mistakes (which usually ended in more mistakes). In an unusual turn of events, they acruelly attempted to appease me with this e-mail. I e-mailed back accepting their $50 credit as compensation for months of frustration, ONLY TO NEVER HEAR BACK FROM THEM AGAIN.

How would you guys handle a situation like this? Do you guys find this at all acceptable?
