Motor arming reversed?

I recently loaded my 2.5 APM on a hexcopter with the newest updates from Mission Planner.

After ESC configuration, multiple times I discovered that my Spectrum DX8 would only arm in the throttle lower left position instead of the lower right as it always had. What happened?

    I had to reverse my rudder, aileron and elevator controls.

      I reversed my rudder and it arms fine now. Not sure why it reversed. It was fine before the update.
