I only have a few months of experience in the RC world. I have completed my first drone : 211-frame. 2206-2500kv motors. Betaflight F4 FC. I added a GPS and BARO and also FPV using the built-in OSD on the FC. Oh... 5040-props.
Next I would like to build a drone with more advanced GPS functions, such as offered by iNAV. So I am conisdering the following:
iNAV F3 FC
7" frame from FridayFPV
I also did a few rough calculations and came up with:
AUW 550g
Lift/motor ( @ 3:1) = 413g
My problem: I am trying to find a motor.
I found a TBS Endurance motor : 2206-1450kv : lift 1100g @ 7x4.5 prop (4S) but stock is not available.
I think this motor will work for my drone.
Is there a website / guide that will list a few motors to suite a 7" prop so that I can hunt for a motor?
There seem to be many options here in SA when it comes to racing-drones, but fewer options for the
long-range drones.
