Motor selection confusion

I am using eCalc to design my first DIY drone.  The design goal is a platform for photograghy.  I've backed into some of the parts so excuse some of the selections.  The motor selection is what is currently confusing me.

The frame is a 450mm so it can be large enough to stable enough to support a gimbal (Zenmuse H3-3D 3-Axis Gimbal) and a camera (Campark X20 4K 20MP).  Those two things I kind of backed into.  I would like to have a drone that would support a GPS only because at some point I would like to program a flight path (plus I am afraid of losing it).

With a goal of 20 minute flight time I am having a problem with motor selection. I think I need a motor in the range of 950 to 1100 KV but either I don't get anything close to flight time or the thrust numbers are wacky. Increasing the battery capacity just makes the thrust numbers worse, I assume due to weight.  I have a 3S 5000 mAh battery in the design but not sure that is correct.

The question is how do you go about sizing the motor and then finding it with a reasonable shipping lead time?  It seems like every motor I think might work is shipped from overseas.

P.S.  Please let me know if I am going down the wrong path here.  As a noob any input is welcome and won't hurt my feelings.
