So I have the board up and running and the configurator returning good values. The transmitter also appears to be sending a good signal. The problem is that whenever I turn the throttle up on all 4 motors, 2 will always lose power very slowly. This is reflected in the configurator as well.

I began by testing the ESC's and power distribution. I plugged them all into a parallax board and ran them through tests running 1, 2, 3, and 4 motors at a time full power, no problems. I have tried disarming and re-arming multiple times as well with no change in results. Reloading all code and EEPROM has no effect as well. 

The configurator version is v1.1, using the ArducopterPiratesNG code.
