I'm sure this has been asked before, just can't find the answer.Similar to the DJI devices, is it possible to make the motors spin at a low RPM when the APM is armed?I'm sure there has been safety points raised, but I only would like low RPM.Many thanks.

Not possible yet. It's under discussion so the feature might appear in 3.1.
P.S. I think you might have meant to set the discussion topic to ArduCopter instead of ArduPlane.
