MP .36 will not save my Default Altitude?

For some reason, my default altitude keeps "defaulting" to 0  each time I restart MP...

This did not happen before.. Can anyone comment or confirm this with their setup?  

I now have to remember to check that each time, and I already have 100's of things to remember.. haha

    Is there a log of changes between versions?

    I've post the same question but no answer so far. I upgrade to MP .38, the problem still didn't change. It is a very dangerous bug if someone forgot to reset the default altitude BEFORE write waypoint to APM. Can some developer identify the issue and provide a solution ?
