MTK GPS Help

I need a little help figuring out why my MTK GPS doesn't seem to want to get a lock.  I'm running the CLI and in Test mode I type GPS and initially I get this message:

It just keeps showing the same info until I hit Enter and stop the test.  I haver a clear view of the sky (outdoors) and have run the test for arounf 15 min.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.
