Mugin 4450 - Structural fatigue

Hi,

Currently our Mugin 4450 is INOP due to structural fatigue in the main landing gear, any tips on how to resolve this? -Obviously it would be ideal to perform better landings, but the "built in" crosswind at our airport makes this too difficult sometimes - we usually fly at or close to the MTOM, but after about 20 landings, the main gear looks like this:
