hey im brand new to drones but i have, in my limited opinion, pretty large aspirations for drones.

what im looking for is a program or an interface to run multiple drones a maximum of 1 meter off the ground over changing terrain in close proximity to each other with obstacle avoidance while relaying their flight paths to each other through a steering gps and constantly adjusting thier flight paths to cover a given area without missing or over laping 

i have no idea how realistic any of this is to me it sounds challenging but not impossible and for all i know the program is already available but i have no idea where to look for it.
