Multiple mission in one flight

Hi friends,

I'm struggling with this problem. I have Xuav talon installed with my APM2.5 with complete setup and telemetry. 

I planned a mission uploaded it and took-off in Auto mode. After completion of the mission i landed it and uploaded second one without reboot but it doesn't work! 

So is it necessary to reboot the FC?

or i'm missing something?
