If you mean to get multiple serial streams down one serial device, you'll need a multiplexor to handle combining and re-separating the streams. I'd do this with an Arduino Pro Mini, but I'm assuming the sensor baud rates and duty cycles are less than your datalink rate. You'd have to do some programming to handle signaling.
