I like your test board. Remember though with your set up as it is the control surfaces will need to move the opposite direction from the nose. Your board will indicate a right yaw but the rudder will be turning the plane to the left when the nose ins indicating down the elevator will actually be raising the nose for a climb on your aircraft. Just my observation.
